Rick Long, with Ron and Olga Long are the Principals of Magic Pavers™ and DRiBOND® Concrete Overlay Solutions LLC. Combined, they have over 100 years of experience in finance, accounting, sales, service, marketing, operations, business, and large equipment sales.
Our Magic Pavers Manager, Eduardo Diaz, is a hardscape professional and DRiBOND® industry expert. Taking on the management of all our teams and storefronts, Eduardo's decade of valuable experience is beneficial to our customers, employees, and the overall success of our company."

Meet the Team
Ron Long
More than 40 years of experience as leader in the financial service industry and as a successful bank President/CEO for several community banks. Following his graduation from Michigan State University in Lansing, Michigan, he obtained his Certified Public Accountant designation and worked for two of the largest accounting firms.

Olga Long
More than 35 years of experience in the financial service industry as was most recently Senior Vice President/Vice-President of Marketing. She attended Cornerstone University in Grand Rapids, Michigan. She possesses marketing, sales, service, operations, business development, and strategy experience.

Eduardo Diaz
