Together, they have over 100 years of experience in finance, accounting, sales, marketing, operations, customer sales & service, business, strategy, large equipment sales, and more.

Ron Long
More than 40 years of experience as leader in the financial service industry and as a successful bank President/CEO for several community banks. Following his graduation from Michigan State University in Lansing, Michigan, he obtained his Certified Public Accountant designation and worked for two of the largest accounting firms.

Olga Long
More than 35 years of experience in the financial service industry as was most recently Senior Vice President/Vice-President of Marketing. She attended Cornerstone University in Grand Rapids, Michigan. She possesses marketing, sales, service, operations, business development, and strategy experience.

Eduardo Diaz
